As usual, your writing is so poinant and so elequant even as you bare your very beautiful and amazing soul. You have done so much for so many already in your young life. I have watched you grow from a amazing teen with so many wonderful attributes into an amazing young woman with so many more. You are not alone, you are never alone and if you ever need a friend, you can always depend on me to be there. Just say the word. In the meantime, I will wait patiently for you fine time for that cup of tea. We have missed you, but we have never stopped loving you! Call when you can. That place you have been to, I’ve been there too and there is definitely a road back so please don’t ever think there isn’t. If you need to be reminded, please just call.

Thank you for posting this Rochele. Recently a friend of mine who is very open about her struggles with mental health issues has helped motivate me to seek help as well. A brave individual like you or my friend starting the conversation is the first step in making us all realize that mental health issues are common and something it should be ok to talk about without fear of judgment. There’s nothing wrong with us and no reason to fear talking about it! As soon as we do we realize like you pointed out that we are not alone. You are inspiring and I wish you all the best as you move forward. Much love.

Sorry for your loss, my condolences to you and all of David’s family and friends. This is always a subject that I can never quite wrap my head around, but I guess that is kind of a good thing for me, but it makes it harder to help those that go through it. As I have gotten older and seen that life is not black and white, I have gained compassion, and hope for lessening stigmas in the world. Hopefully communication will help with this, even if it is communication searching for answers.

So far mine’s got 18. I think it could be narrowed down to a key 4 or 5, though.
